At Trinity Performance and Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with any questions or issues you may have. If you do need to make a return, all returned goods must be received in brand new condition. Any returns must be made before the product has been used. Returns less than 30 days from the original purchase date will incur a 10% restocking fee. Returns over 30 days will not be accepted. Shipping costs that were accrued when making a purchase will NOT be refunded.

Cancellation of pre-orders will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. In exceptional cases such as manufacturing defects which delay or prevent delivery, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the customer's control, the cancellation fee may be waived entirely.
